You didn’t mention that with round core strings you have to take care to bend the wound strings before you cut them because they will unwind on you! And at that point they will sound dead, that’s why hex core really became popular, you don’t have to worry about this, I love round core strings for Strats!
33Kris I'm so pleased that you gave DR a great mention. I have a soft spot for this family run company. Their customer support is great and I love the feel of their Tite-Fit strings. They also hold their tone for quit a while longer than some other uncoated strings.
